Access Control

Projects are designed to use role-aware access, appropriate authentication, and least-privilege principles where applicable.

Operational Logging

For integrations, we prioritise useful audit logs, including event status, provider references, task IDs, retries, and support visibility.

Payments

For card-related workflows, our preferred approach is to keep raw card data with approved processors and tokenisation providers such as Stripe or a certified integration partner. Application systems should store payment status and references rather than raw card numbers.

Data Protection

We use reasonable technical and organisational controls according to the project scope, customer requirements, and applicable third-party platform rules.
